Our Remote Online Coaching Program is geared to help individuals reach their personal performance goals or sport-specific demands from the comfort of their home, apartment, studio or local gym/fitness center. BPSC programming consists of functional strength training, movement-based training, explosive power development, speed and agility development and injury reduction & rehabilitation. We focus on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness.
