Beauty of Simplicity: BPSC is HERE!!!

Lately, I've been pressed for time and as we know 24 hours isn't enough time to tackle all our tasks. Adding exercise into one's life can be challenging if you are already pressed with daily tasks. The simplest thing to do is either procrastinate and hold off workout or do what our culture taught us RUN. BPSC wanted to add a solution to a problem that occurs when runners add too much volume (miles) to their training program causing running related injuries. Our solution is adding balance to your training program and use different exercises to create cardiovascular effect. Adding simple circuits to focus on aerobic density and take stress off joints through impact of running. As we get older our bodies don't respond the way it did when we were younger. Therefore, our joints and muscles age as we hit adulthood causing an increase in sedentary lifestyle. Adding exercises that incorporates movement will allow you to maintain smooth movement and adding load will create more stability within the structure of the body.

BPSC provides a progressive training training plan that allows proper adaptions without sacrificing the long term goal for short term shortcuts. WE believe performance is a journey, not a destination!
